Hi! I'm Jess! I have a degree in psychology and have worked with kids of all walks of life. I have experience working with teens and adolescents in a therapeutic setting, behavior support with elementary aged children, and developmental support in kids aged 0-3. It's important to me to foster a strong relationship with any child in my care, no matter the age. Throughout my employment experience one thing I always said was my favorite part of the job was the kids. Getting to know each kiddo and each of their individual quirks was the best. I am CPR certified and have taken classes in child development. I have had the privilege of gaining extensive experience in the field of babysitting. From the moment I started, I fell in love with taking care of children and helping them grow and develop. My journey began as a teenager, babysitting for friends and family members, but soon word spread about my responsible and caring nature, leading to numerous babysitting opportunities within the community. I have had the pleasure of caring for children of various ages, ranging from infants to preteens, and each experience has taught me something invaluable. From changing diapers and preparing bottles to helping with homework and organizing fun activities, I have mastered the art of multitasking and adaptability. My 10 years of babysitting experience have not only given me practical skills but have also taught me patience, compassion, and the ability to forge strong connections with children and their families. I graduated from Regis University in 2024 with a BA in Peace & Justice Studies and Spanish. During my years at Regis I babysit children ranging from ages 4-8 years old. Later transitioning into social work for HeadStart once I graduated college. I am CPR and First Certified, currently working with high school students.
