I grew up in a big family (I have a set of triplet sisters and a brother and sister who are twins) and I have always had a passion to work with children that’s why I want to become an elementary school teacher or a special education teacher. I am currently student teaching at Oak Mountain Intermediate in 5th grade. I have babysat for my sister a lot who has a 8 year old, a 6 year old, and a 3 year old, so I am comfortable handling multiple kids at a time. I have done many babysitting jobs in my hometown, and would like to do more here at school. I have church daycare experience and have worked VBS. I have also had the opportunity of helping out at Glenwood which is a non profit for early intervention of young children with autism or behavioral problems and adults with autism. Hi parents/guardians! I’m a senior in Samford’s elementary education program and I have loads of experience with ages infant-8 years. I’ve been babysitting for my family since I was around 7 and have been babysitting for others since high school. I’ve worked as a teacher in a preschool with babies to 3 years old and I nannied during the week for 2 8 year old girls. I’m great with making meals, games, school, and cleaning.
