Posting a job and browsing sitters costs nothing. When you book, you pay your sitter in the app, plus a service fee that Wyndy members never pay. Sitters keep every tip.

For parents
Membership takes the service fee off every job and lets you message sitters before and after you book.
Every new parent starts with a membership. When you sign up, you start the 7-day free trial of the annual plan, or skip the trial with a paid plan that comes with Wyndy credit: $100 on the annual plan, or $10 a month on the monthly plan. Cancel before the trial ends and you're not charged, and you can keep using Wyndy and pay as you go.

The annual plan renews each year and the monthly plan each month, until you cancel in the app, under Me, then Membership. The $100 credit is for your first membership only.

Tips go to your sitterSitters keep 100% of tips. The app suggests 10%, 15%, 20% of their pay, or pick your own amount.
Cancelling lateFree until 24 hours before the start. After that it's $20, paid to your sitter, who planned their day around your job.
You set the ratePick an hourly rate when you post, from $16 an hour. Smart Rate suggests one from what families nearby pay.

Transfers to your bankEarnings land in your Wyndy balance. Transfer them anytime from Me, then Earnings: each transfer costs $1.50 and usually arrives within a few business days.
When a family cancels lateIf a family cancels within 24 hours of the start, you get the $20 late-cancellation fee.
When you cancel lateWithin any 90 days, the first late cancellation is a warning, the second pauses applying for a week, and the third suspends your account for review.
