Our Standards For Every Sitter
- Minimum 1 year of paid childcare experience
- Video interview screening for professionalism and communication skills
- Comprehensive background check
- Actively enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited higher education institution
- Campus and community involvement preferred
How Do I Book a Sitter?
Once you’ve created an account, you can book a sitter in a matter of minutes with our easy-to-use app.
- Post your job. You’ll complete prompts for details like the hourly rate you’d like to pay & duties for the job (feeding, bath, bedtime, etc.)
- Sitters express interest in your job- in as soon as a few minutes!
- Select the sitters you think are a good fit & prioritize the offer order
- One of your offered sitters will accept the job
Once a sitter accepts the offer, you’ll be able to communicate via text prior to the job.
