As a nanny, I am responsible for providing nurturing care to the child while understanding and tending to his or her physical and emotional needs to encourage a happy and healthy mindset. Over the years, I have gained the ability to cope with unexpected situations, stay calm under pressure, and multitask efficiently all while making close and trusting relationships with the families. With my interest in children and childhood development I try to maintain a good imagination to plan activities that are fun and aid with growth. My time spent with children has given me a better sense of communication, even with adults, because the children are using me as an example to create their own building blocks to be successful in life.
