Hey! I am a 21 year old part time student. I am looking for a part time/weekend job. I am enrolled at llcc in Jacksonville which means I am always traveling to there. When I have school breaks I like to help out as a teachers aid at my hometowns elementary school. I have just about any type of hands on experience in the books.

I have worked with children of all ages including twins who were 2 years old with a brother who was 9 months. I have also worked with children who were 5, 7, and 9. I have enjoyed watching any age of children!

I have been caring for children since I was 16 years old. My childcare experience began by assisting my mother with the children she babysat, which helped me develop strong skills in supervision, engagement, and creating a safe environment for children of all ages. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children and families in educational and community settings. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at an autism clinic, providing individualized support to children with autism and helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills. I have also served as a Mentor Coach, supporting educators and helping improve outcomes for young children in classroom settings. Currently, I work as a Redeploy Program Manager, where I support youth and families by coordinating services, mentoring young people, and helping them achieve positive outcomes. My background in child development, behavior support, education, and social work allows me to provide attentive, compassionate, and dependable care. I am committed to ensuring children feel safe, supported, and engaged while in my care.
