I have been caring for children since I was 16 years old. My childcare experience began by assisting my mother with the children she babysat, which helped me develop strong skills in supervision, engagement, and creating a safe environment for children of all ages. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children and families in educational and community settings. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at an autism clinic, providing individualized support to children with autism and helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills. I have also served as a Mentor Coach, supporting educators and helping improve outcomes for young children in classroom settings. Currently, I work as a Redeploy Program Manager, where I support youth and families by coordinating services, mentoring young people, and helping them achieve positive outcomes. My background in child development, behavior support, education, and social work allows me to provide attentive, compassionate, and dependable care. I truly enjoy getting to know each child as an individual and creating a caring, nurturing environment where they can feel comfortable, confident, and free to be themselves.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Reggio, Waldorf, and Montessori-inspired teaching styles. I love bringing elements of these approaches into everyday activities, especially through art, creativity, and sensory play.
