Hi! I’m Denisse, I’m 22 and I study mechanical engineering at UIC. I’ve always loved being around kids! I actually started working with them when I was 15 as a lifeguard. I later became head lifeguard and then assistant manager, and through all of that I learned that making sure kids are safe, cared for, and having fun is something I’m really passionate about. After that, I worked as a teacher assistant at two wonderful daycares. That’s when I realized how much I love teaching and creating fun, playful moments with little ones.
