Hi! My name is Natalie, and I’m a caring, patient, and responsible childcare provider with over a year of professional experience working in a daycare setting, along with years of experience caring for my nieces and nephews. I have had the opportunity to work with children ranging from infants to preschool age, helping create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and feel supported. During my time working at a daycare, I gained hands-on experience with daily routines such as feeding, diaper changes, nap schedules, educational activities, playtime, and helping children develop important social and emotional skills. I truly enjoy building connections with children, learning about their personalities, and creating activities that encourage creativity, confidence, and curiosity. My experience caring for children has also inspired my academic journey. I am currently pursuing a double major in Business Administration and Psychology at DePaul University. Studying psychology has given me a deeper understanding of child development, behavior, communication, and the importance of creating a supportive environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and growing. Outside of my professional experience, I have always loved caring for children through babysitting my nieces and nephews. These experiences have helped me develop strong patience, responsibility, and the ability to adapt to each child’s individual needs. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and reassured that their children are receiving safe, attentive, and loving care. I am passionate about providing children with meaningful experiences through play, learning, and positive interactions.
