McKenzie was amazing. She is personable , warm and very grounding with the kids and us as parents . Her demeanor easily calmed and reassured me as we were rushing to leave home for our date night plans . She was great with interactions with our kids and very responsive and communicative throughout the stay . Returned back home to happy kids and a tidy clean home . What a win ! Highly recommend!
