I have several years of hands-on childcare experience caring for children of different ages and needs. One of my most meaningful experiences has been caring for my severely autistic younger brother. When he was the ages of 9 to 13, I independently supervised him, helping with his daily routines, ensuring his safety, and learning the importance of patience, consistency, and compassionate care. This experience gave me the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to each child’s unique needs.In addition to my personal experience, I currently work for a home health company where I provide one-on-one care independently with an 11-year-old.
