About Jayden

I have several years of hands-on childcare experience caring for children of different ages and needs. One of my most meaningful experiences has been caring for my severely autistic younger brother. When he was the ages of 9 to 13, I independently supervised him, helping with his daily routines, ensuring his safety, and learning the importance of patience, consistency, and compassionate care. This experience gave me the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to each child’s unique needs. In addition to my personal experience, I currently work for a home health company where I provide one-on-one care independently with an 11-year-old. This role has strengthened my responsibility, communication skills, and ability to build trusting relationships while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. I have also babysat several of my nieces and nephews, ranging in age from 6 months to 7 years old. Through these experiences, I have cared for infants, toddlers, and young children by preparing meals, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, maintaining routines, and providing attentive, reliable care. I am dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoy working with children. I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children can feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I take pride in being someone families can trust with their children’s well-being.
