Aloha! I’m a friendly, caring, and dependable babysitter originally from Maui, Hawaii, and I’m currently attending Texas State University, where I’m studying Mechanical Engineering and heading into the ending of my junior year. As the oldest of seven kids, I’ve been around children and helping with childcare for most of my life, both through my family and through paid babysitting. I’ve cared for children ranging from 6 months to 14 years old in Texas and Hawaii, and I truly love spending time with little ones! I’ve worked with my aunt’s childcare business caring for children ages 6 months–5 years, where I helped with snacks, activities, nap time, diaper changes, potty training, and keeping things clean and organized. I’ve also babysat for friends, family, and neighbors, caring for toddlers through older kids and helping with everything from playing and reading to homework and keeping them on their routines. I’m also happy to lend a helping hand around the house with things like dishes, laundry, cleaning, and helping with pets. Being away from my younger siblings while I’m at school makes me especially grateful for every opportunity to spend time with kids—I love being someone they can have fun with, feel comfortable around, and look forward to seeing! I know how important it is for parents and guardians to have someone they can fully trust with their children. I take that responsibility very seriously and strive to be dependable, communicative, and respectful of each families routines and expectations. My goal is for parents and guardians to feel completely comfortable knowing their little ones are safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
