About Marissa
Hi! My name is Marissa, and I’m a Biological Sciences major at the University of Rhode Island. I absolutely love working with children and have about 2 years of experience teaching swim lessons to children of various ages and skill levels. I also completed a preschool education course during my senior year of high school, which gave me additional experience learning about child development and working with young children. I am CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certified, and I’m comfortable supervising children, keeping them safe, and creating a fun and positive environment. I was also involved in sports throughout high school, so I enjoy staying active and finding fun activities to keep kids engaged. I’m responsible, patient, caring, and would love the opportunity to provide your children with a safe and enjoyable experience!
