Hello, my name is Allanah, and I would love the opportunity to support your family! I recently graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Human Biology on the PA track, and I previously worked as a medical assistant at University of Michigan. Caring for others has always been something I'm genuinely passionate about, which is why I've spent the past several years working closely with children of all ages, especially newborns and infants. I specialize in newborn care and understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable, supported, and confident leaving their child in someone else's care. I pride myself on being patient, attentive, nurturing, and highly dependable, and I always aim to create a calm, loving, and engaging environment where children feel safe and cared for. Along with my experience as a long-term nanny for 5 different families, I also have over 3 years of experience teaching developmental soccer classes for children and several years of elementary tutoring experience, which has helped me build strong communication skills and connect easily with kids at different developmental stages. I am CPR and Basic Life Support certified through the American Red Cross and current on all COVID-19 vaccinations. I'm also more than happy to help with household tasks, meal prep, or anything else that makes your daily routine easier. My goal is not only to provide excellent childcare, but to become someone your family can truly rely on and trust.
