Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m a 26-year-old (turning 27 this summer!) with over 7 years of hands-on nannying experience across three wonderful families and honestly, caring for children is something I’ve always genuinely enjoyed. My nannying journey started with a family of three boys, where I watched them grow from ages 4 months, 2, and 4 all the way to 2, 4, and 6. From diaper changes and nap routines to playground adventures, I was there for it all. With another family, I provided after daycare and school care for two middle school boys and their elementary-aged sister cooking dinner, helping with homework, and keeping things running smoothly. I also spent summers driving and supervising a group of middle and high school brothers, including pool days from morning through evening. No matter the age, I promise I can handle it. Beyond my nannying families, children have always been a big part of my life. I grew up surrounded by younger cousins who are now teens and still love spending time with me, and my family regularly counts on me to help with their little ones. I also have two baby sisters and two nephews, all under five so I’m always in the thick of toddler life even now! I’m CPR certified and bring 20+ years of swimming experience, including knowledge of pool safety and teaching kids in the water. Parents can feel at ease knowing I’m always watching and always prepared. I’m open to full-time or part-time arrangements depending on your family’s needs. My rate starts at $25–$30/hour, and I’m happy to help with housekeeping or grocery runs for a little additional time and cost. After spending time in the corporate world, I’ve realized that present for children’s growth and development is work that’s always made me proud and happy. I’m patient, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about the little moments that make a big difference.
