About Morgan

Hi! I’m Morgan, a caring, dependable, and experienced childcare professional with many years of experience working with children of all ages. My childcare experience began at age 13, when I started helping at my family-owned home daycare. I continued working there until I graduated high school. I then gained professional childcare experience at my first licensed childcare center in 2018 and later worked at another center from 2022–2024. Throughout my experience, I’ve worked with children ranging from infants to school-age children and have developed a strong understanding of their different developmental, emotional, and educational needs. I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and providing one-on-one support to children who need additional behavioral guidance. One of my most meaningful experiences has been working one-on-one with a child who began working with me at age 5 because of behavioral challenges. I continued supporting him over the years, helping him develop better ways to communicate, manage his behavior, and succeed in his environment. I’m proud to say that he is now in third grade and has made significant progress with his behavior. I also hold CPR certification, a Paraprofessional Certificate, and multiple teaching-related certifications. I believe children thrive when they receive patience, consistency, encouragement, and individualized attention. As a sitter, my goal is to provide parents with peace of mind while making sure their children feel safe, respected, cared for, and engaged. I’m comfortable following family routines, helping with homework, preparing simple meals, organizing age-appropriate activities, assisting with bedtime routines, and providing extra support when a child has behavioral or developmental needs. I truly enjoy working with children and watching them learn, grow, and become more confident. I would love the opportunity to bring my experience, patience, and nurturing personality to your family!
