About Mia

I love to work with kids because I believe that it is really important to make sure that they know they are cared about and that they have someone who likes spending time with them! Kids are super creative and unique which guarantees every day with them will be a little bit different. I started working with kids when I was 10 years old and would help out with the toddlers and babies in the church nursery. I began babysitting for family friends and neighbors when I was 14 and have been doing it ever since. I also have a lot of experience taking care of babies! My nephew lived with us for a while when he was a baby and I helped a lot with taking care of him. I've also helped with the babies in our church nursery for many years. In my spare time, I like to play sports such as soccer and flag football. I also love to play guitar, cook, and go on hikes and day trips with my friends!
