Caring for children has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I have over seven years of experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, and I love building meaningful relationships with the families I work with. Every child is unique, and I strive to create a safe, loving, and fun environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to grow.Throughout the years, I have cared for infants by preparing bottles, changing diapers, following feeding and nap schedules, and providing attentive, nurturing care. With toddlers and older children, I enjoy planning creative activities, helping with homework, preparing healthy meals and snacks, encouraging outdoor play, and maintaining consistent daily routines. I also assist with light housekeeping related to childcare, including tidying play areas, washing bottles and dishes, and children’s laundry.I pride myself on being patient, dependable, and attentive, and I understand the importance of earning a family’s trust. Hi I’m Moment, I'm an 18-year-old college student with a passion for education I,ve had to opurtunity to work with kids throughout my highschool years while also being given the opportunity to observe from a teacher point of view and gain the skills to become the educator I aspire to be . My journey towards becoming a teacher has been shaped by years of experience caring for children. I've extensively babysat my three younger siblings, and my skills were further expanded when my uncle paid me to look after his five children, ranging in age from two months to seven years old. This often included overnight stays, giving me a deep understanding of child development and the responsibilities that come with nurturing young minds.

I have been a baby sitter for my siblings since I was young. I work at a summer camp during the summer and although that was not directly childcare I was a lifeguard and have knowledge of the tendency’s of different age groups in a less structured setting. I also worked in the kiddie campus preschool at WACC for a school year learning about childcare from birth to preschool age. I have interned in a school setting with jr high music. And had to be in chargeof the class a few times.
