Kristi graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelors in Speech and Hearing Science in 2008. She was a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant from 2009-2013. She was born and raised in Northern NY, and in just recently moved to Durham from Denver CO with her husband. Ive been babysitting since I was 11. It started for the neighborhood kids and younger cousins and progressed to families from Facebook groups and the friends they would recommend me to. Ive watched ages 6 months up to 12 years. Through all of high school I watched the same boy three times a week for three and a half years. From 1 year to 5 years of age. I’ve always loved being the sitter the kids hope come by. The sitter that makes it okay that parents / guardians are leaving for a while. I enjoy having a fun and whimsical time and hope to foster that environment for all the kids!Additionally, I’ve volunteered at summer camp as a young teen, so I have experience leading activities and engaging little ones.
