Hello! I’m a student-athlete at the University of Kentucky and a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority! I’m a senior studying Clinical Management, Philosophy, and Criminal Justice. I used to coach gymnastics and dance to kids in high school. I work in the childcare program at Covenant Presbyterian Church and teach at Primrose when I'm home in Tennessee. I also volunteer for “We Serve Too” childcare across the US! At school in Kentucky, I am a dental assistant and intern at the UK hospital. I’m American Red Cross, CPR, AED, BLS, and First Aid certified.

Hello I'm Katherine, I'm 36 years old, and I've been running my own in home child care since 2020. I enjoy children of all ages, providing attention and proper care, learning and teaching skills, and also providing a well-balanced meal/snack. I work with sensory & 1 on 1 care with babies; I also do worksheets, potty training, & in home learning with kids. Children whom are too young for school, I highlight their day with basic skills & playtime, so he/she will become more independent. Children of age who attend school will have proper study time. I am a non-smoker or drinker. I had a son in Aug 2020, which means I can't go back to work due to the strenuous work I did and being away for long periods of time. So I thought what better way to keep me active than to provide child care to someone elses love and joy as I would my own. My son is 4 years old, an old soul, sweetheart, & definitely ALL BOY. Which has prepared me for just about anything! There is no need to worry about your fur babies. Pets are an absolute plus, I am a pet lover!! Fun Facts about me: I love board/card games, dancing & singing although I CAN'T do either, going to plays, museums, and comedy shows; but my all time favorite is getting some yummy popcorn & watching a good movie at home or in the theater!!In my past, I have always upheld a position of leadership or authority. My previous work history consists of management, caregiving, and law enforcement (Corporal). I am certified in First Aid & CPR, COPD, Alzheimer, and Hospice Care. I have cared for children with ADHD, ADD, acute autism, & and non-verbal. I've also been verified within the foster system to care for foster children.
