Hello! My name is Megan and I just moved back to Wesley Chapel. I previously worked as a full time professional house manager and nanny in Punta Gorda, taking care of three children ages 2, 6, and 10. With this role, I was responsible for driving the children to and from school, taking them on outings, and caring for them at home. In college, I worked as a Recreation Experience Expert at The Ritz-Carlton in Orlando where I worked in the kids club, caring for children ages 4-12. I also have a niece and nephew who are 1 & 3, so I have experience watching newborns and infants as well! My educational background is in Hospitality Management, I earned my B.S. and M.S. from the University of Central Florida. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and playing pickleball!

I have worked as a nanny and have provided babysitting services for multiple families, caring for children of different ages and supporting families with daily routines, playtime, learning activities, and supervision. Since 2021, I have worked professionally in youth programming and childcare leadership roles, including serving as a Youth Director and Director of Member Experience within the country club industry. In these roles, I have overseen children's programs, camps, and activities for large groups of kids while ensuring safety, engagement, and positive experiences. This experience has strengthened my ability to supervise children, plan engaging activities, and create a safe and positive environment. I truly enjoy working with children and pride myself on being adventurous, creative, responsible, caring, and energetic. I love planning crafts, games, outdoor activities, and helping kids learn while having fun. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and happy.

I started babysitting when I was 15 years old as a freshman in high school. Before then, I would watch my neighbors’ kids here and there, but my first official babysitting job came through one of my older cousins. She had been babysitting for a wonderful family, but when she got married and moved to New York, she recommended me to take over. We started off little by little so the family could get to know me and build trust, and before long I officially became their babysitter.I’ve now been babysitting for almost five years, and it’s been so rewarding getting to watch the two girls I babysit grow up. They are now 11 and 8 years old, and they are some of the sweetest, funniest, smartest kids I know. We love playing games, doing crafts, baking, spending time outside, and coming up with fun activities together. A few years ago, they also welcomed a puppy into their family, and I’ve loved helping care for her too.Over the years, this family has truly become like a second family to me, and I’m so grateful for the trust they’ve placed in me. I’m about to be a sophomore in college, and I genuinely love working with kids. My goal is always to create a safe, fun, and caring environment where children feel comfortable, and where parents can feel confident knowing their kids are in good hands. I’d love the opportunity to build that same relationship with your family.
