About Mariapaz

I have worked as a nanny and have provided babysitting services for multiple families, caring for children of different ages and supporting families with daily routines, playtime, learning activities, and supervision. Since 2021, I have worked professionally in youth programming and childcare leadership roles, including serving as a Youth Director and Director of Member Experience within the country club industry. In these roles, I have overseen children's programs, camps, and activities for large groups of kids while ensuring safety, engagement, and positive experiences. This experience has strengthened my ability to supervise children, plan engaging activities, and create a safe and positive environment. I truly enjoy working with children and pride myself on being adventurous, creative, responsible, caring, and energetic. I love planning crafts, games, outdoor activities, and helping kids learn while having fun. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and happy.
