Hi friends!! I’m Ally. I work as a behavior therapist with kiddos who have autism. Through the years I have gotten the pleasure to work with kiddos in various different settings. I previously worked for the City of Las Vegas at a community center, where I was responsible for supervising and caring for multiple children at once. My role included creating and managing a structured daily schedule filled with engaging activities, while also ensuring each child's safety and well-being throughout the day. Hi ! I’m a full time college student who loves to work with kids. I live in the Henderson/Boulder City area but I am willing to travel. Also, I have experience in all ages. I currently work in a preschool with ages 3-5 and during the school year I work before and afterschool elementary and middle school programs. I enjoy working with little ones and helping with their learning but also being a role model. I understand how important my role would be in ensuring their safety.
