I currently work as a Vision and Orthopedic Impairment Paraprofessional with the Mendocino County Office of Education and am continuing my education to become a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments. Supporting children is truly the best part of my day. I often work with the same students for several years, which allows me to build meaningful relationships and watch them grow in confidence, independence, and resilience. I am patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy engaging with kids through reading, games, imaginative play, and outdoor activities. I love encouraging curiosity and creativity, and I value the unique conversations and perspectives children bring. I’m also a big animal lover (especially cats!) and am very comfortable in homes with pets. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing games, watching anime, listening to music, and spending time outside.
