Hi, I'm Lianna! I'm a proud mom of four (ages 16, 11, 8, and 2) and have a deep passion for working with children of all ages. I truly enjoy helping little ones grow, learn, and reach important developmental milestones. In addition to my hands-on experience as a mother, I’ve worked at Four Oaks, where I was responsible for transporting and monitoring children in care. During this time, I completed training in trauma-informed care, giving me the tools to support children who have experienced abuse, been removed from their homes, or were exposed to substances in utero. I bring patience, compassion, and structure to every caregiving role, and I understand how important it is to create a safe and nurturing environment for kids to thrive. I have been babysitting for many years and I have years of experience working in a professional setting in childcare, including nursery’s, daycares, and schools.
