Hi, I’m Cayton! I’m 25 years old and currently based in Nashville. I currently work at Ramsey Solutions as a Data Analyst in Digital Marketing.I have over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages. As the oldest of six, I’ve been babysitting most of my life. During my freshman year of college, I worked as a part-time preschool teacher at Little Lambs Academy in Raleigh, NC. During my senior year, I worked 40 hours a week as a nanny, and when I first moved to Tennessee last year, I worked as a part-time nanny and sitter.In my nannying experience, I served as an after-school tutor and was responsible for school pick-ups, transportation to activities like swim and football practice, and managing daily routines. I also handled household management, including errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, and pet care. I’m very comfortable balancing childcare with running a household and creating a smooth, structured environment for families.I am fully certified in First Aid and CPR and have completed all required childcare certifications through my preschool teaching experience. I have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.I love building strong relationships with the families I work with and enjoy helping kids grow, learn, and feel supported.
