Hello! I am Kaylee and I have been working at a daycare for 2.5 years now. It will be 3 years in October! I am branching out to see if I find anything better suited for my families schedule. I love working with kids and getting to educate and care for them! Seeing the children I work with smile when they see me is such a good feeling and tells me that I am in the right field. I cannot wait to get to know you!

I grew up in a big family with lots of little cousins and triplet little sisters so I’ve been caring for children for a long time and have experience with multiples :) I also have experience working in afterschool and with tutoring. I’m a senior at UE studying psychology and creative writing. I can’t wait to help your family!

I believe every child is a whole person worthy of respect—with their own interests, pace, and way of learning. Over thirteen years in the classroom (teaching first through eighth grade, including as an English Learners educator) and as a parent to a six-year-old, I've seen how much children thrive when they're truly seen and supported for who they are.I bring a Montessori-informed approach to childcare: I observe what each child is ready for, follow their interests, and create space for independence and choice. I'm patient with the learning process (including mess, mistakes, and the long road to tying shoes), and I trust children's capacity to figure things out with thoughtful support.Parents can expect reliability, care grounded in child development, and someone who sees their child as a person—not just a task to manage.
