I love teaching and getting to share my knowledge of nature with young children.Most of all, I love watching children get excited about learning of the world around them first hand. I know it will be these bits of knowledge and these experiences that will stick with them for a lifetime.Professionaly, I have been a tutor for several years now and have gotten to work one-on-one with a variety of ages and stages of learning. Hi! My name is Lily, let me tell you about my history in childcare. I come from a very large family, where I started babysitting at the age of 11. Family friends and folks from around town also started routinely using my services. During this I was also volunteering for boys and girls club for quite some time. I then began nannying at the age of 16 to the age of 21. The 3 boys I nannied were homeschooled so I took on some extra roles and taught them how to read and write in addition to making snacks/meals, coming up with arts and crafts activities, some cleaning up, and some outdoor adventures.
