Which one fits
These are two different kinds of care. AuPair.com helps you find an au pair who lives in your home as a cultural exchange, and in the US the placement then goes through a J-1 sponsor agency. Wyndy is local babysitting and nannies from background-checked college students, grads and experienced caregivers, booked and paid in the app.
Pick Wyndy if
- You need a babysitter for an evening or a few hours a week, not someone living in your home.
- You want every sitter background-checked before their first job, at no cost to you.
- You want to book and pay in the app, without visas, a sponsor agency or a year-long agreement.
Pick AuPair.com if
- You have a spare bedroom and want live-in childcare, up to 45 hours a week in the US program.
- You'd like your kids to grow up with someone from another country and culture.
- You're hosting outside the US, or you want to search au pairs from many countries.
