Hello! My name is Julia - I am currently a graduate student at USF getting my Masters in Education and Teaching Credential in Earth and Space Sciences. I have worked with children in different capacities my whole life - as a babysitter, camp counselor, wilderness therapy field mentor, and teacher. I am excited to continue applying my passion for teaching and mentoring while pursuing a further degree in the field of Education. I am looking for part time work (mornings and weekends are best) that can accommodate my school schedule. I live in San Francisco and have reliable transportation - I would be happy to commute to you, and am able to drive kids to/from school and other activities!

When I was 16 I watched the same boy for 10 years starting when he was 6-7 years old. That included taking him to/from after school activities, helping with homework assignments, cooking him dinner, getting him ready/putting him to bed etc. I have 20 nieces/nephews of all ages and watched them throughout their lives growing up. I have an 8 year old daughter. I have passed a babysitting class through YMCA. It was a long time ago, but I got my certification. I’m a very good swimmer so I’m not worried about that. If I need to get an updated babysitting certification I will be willing to do so. I’ll pass any background check as I have a clean record, I don’t drink, smoke nor do drugs. I have a clean driving record too.
