Hello! My name is Nyja and I am new to Wyndy and super excited to start! I am originally from Chicago, IL but moved to NOLA 4 years ago. I am a wife to my husband, Alex who is currently getting his Chemistry degree at XULA.I am also a mom to my fur baby, Beaux and Nellie! (Toy Australian Shepards) I have always enjoyed working with children whether it be volunteering at church in childrens ministry or babysitting the children of friends/family/acquaintances! I was a preschool/kindergarten teacher for special education at Bridgedale Elementary School my first year out of college! I now work in academia at Tulane University but still babysit my baby cousins any chance I get! I have worked with kids from 0-10 yrs old!
