About Lila

Hi, I’m Lila! I am currently a freshman at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where I am double majoring in Child Development and Educational Policy Studies. I have loved working with children for as long as I can remember and hope to pursue a career that allows me to continue this passion! I have experience assisting at a local daycare with infants and toddlers and have been babysitting regularly since I was 11 years old. I also have two years of experience working at a Chicago Park District day camp with children ages 5–13, a role I plan to continue! In Madison, I work at an after-school program with elementary-aged children. I am dedicated to meeting each child where they are and creating a safe, positive environment where they can learn, laugh, express themselves, and have fun. I strive to be a responsible, caring, and engaging caregiver that both children and parents can trust!
