Hi! I’m Nilah! I’m currently a college student at UW–Milwaukee, and I’m a caring, patient, responsible, and dependable person who truly enjoys working with children. I have professional experience working with kids at Blessed Savior East Campus and Maple Dale–Indian Hill. I’ve worked with children as young as 3 years old and also have experience working with children with special needs. My experience has taught me how to be patient, attentive, understanding, and adaptable because every child has their own personality and individual needs. I love creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where children can feel comfortable and be themselves. I’m comfortable helping with playtime, activities, meals, homework, and daily routines. I understand the trust that comes with caring for someone’s child, so safety, communication, and making sure each child feels supported and cared for are always important to me.
