Hi! I'm Ella – a dedicated, energetic, and experienced caregiver excited to support your family as a babysitter or nanny! I have a genuine love for working with children of all ages and strive to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment in every home. I’m about to begin my first year as a 5th grade teacher, and I’ve been babysitting since I was 12 years old! In addition to years of babysitting, I’ve spent three summers as a camp counselor and have worked with children from infancy through age 15. I also have experience working with children on the autism spectrum through my time at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP). This role gave me valuable insight into individualized care, patience, and communication strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs. Whether it’s helping with homework, planning fun activities, or simply being a reliable helping hand, I’m here to support your family with care and compassion!
