About Sabreen

Hi! My name is Sabreen and I’m a former student at Eastern Washington University. Having earned my bachelor’s in Psychology, minor in Africana Studies, and a certificate in Social Emotional Learning. I have always loved working with children, and have an extensive history in babysitting and child care. Recently, I had worked at an ABA clinic with children on the spectrum. I also previously worked as a substitute teacher at a local Montessori school! My goal is to become a school psychologist to further work with children in my future. My approach to child care is based on my understanding of human psychology and child development. I understand how important it is to see children as individuals, with their own unique thoughts and emotions. My understanding of human psychology also leads me to believe that empathy and compassion are two vital things to posses to be apple to build rapport with children. With my background in ABA work, and Montessori teaching, I am fond of creating a space for children to be creative and learn through hands on learning.
