Hi! I’m Desirae and I’m 26 years old. I’m a professional nanny with nine years of childcare experience, a bachelor’s degree in Education from UW Bothell and CPR/First Aid certification. I’m also a mom to a 1 year old daughter, which has given me a fresh appreciation for the trust families place in their caregivers. I have experience caring for newborns, infants, toddlers and school-age children, including multiple children with different needs and routines. I spent three years with my most recent nanny family, building a close relationship with their children and supporting their everyday lives. My approach is warm, patient and hands on. I love reading, crafts, outdoor adventures and age appropriate play that encourages curiosity and learning. I’m comfortable with feeding, diapering, naps, bedtime and providing calm reassurance when little ones need extra comfort. I’m happy to help with meal preparation, children’s laundry, dishes and light tidying as time allows. I’m a nonsmoker, have reliable transportation and am comfortable with pets.
