About Caitlin

Hi there! My name is Caitlin. I have a huge passion for children and their families, and I strive to provide the best care possible. I have 12 years of childcare experience. This includes church nursery, date nights, two summers of full time nannying, after school nannying, and much more. I love interacting and playing with the kids I watch, at whichever developmental stage they are in. I hold a Bachelors in Psychology, and have two years of experience working as an RBT, supporting children with autism and their families by providing behavioral therapy services to this population. My experience working both in childcare and as an RBT has taught me much patience and understanding. Each child and family is unique, and understanding, kindness, and empathy go a long way. I currently am working in a remote position as a Healthcare Advocate, but I am still looking for occasional work to provide childcare here and there.
