Hi, I’m Laura! I recently moved to Eugene from Dallas and have been caring for children since high school. Over the past year, I’ve gotten back into childcare through friends, neighbors, and families in my community. I’ve cared for children ages 6 months to 12 years, including twins and siblings, and I’m comfortable with meals, diapers, baths, bedtime, homework, and keeping kids entertained. I genuinely enjoy being around children and love being a resource as they learn, explore, and satisfy their curiosity. I’m patient, nurturing, playful, responsible, and creative. I love crafts, reading, board games, outdoor activities, and baking. I’m also an animal lover with a 3-year-old Labrador, Junior, and experience caring for dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbors. I’m comfortable including pet care as part of my time with a family. My goal is for both kids and pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for like they’re my own.
