About Jada

I am a 20-year-old caregiver with hands-on experience working with children in both clinical and community settings. I have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 6+ months, where I supported children with behavioral and developmental needs using structured, positive strategies. In addition, I have volunteer experience mentoring children, helping them build confidence, social skills, and academic support. I also worked for with a nonprofit organization focused on youth development, where I supported children in group activities and enrichment programs. I am currently in school for elementary education and special education. 3 words to describe me is outgoing, empathetic, reliable I like working with kids because I like to see growth happen in real time. Development and growth is one of my passions. I like seeing how my teaching makes a difference. I'm good at patience and love repetition but also love creativity.
