About Evie
In HS, I took Early Childhood Education, and Child Development. This not only taught me essential lessons about growth and development, but I also gained experience in the daycare. After graduating high school, I started nannying for a family of 7. Their family consisted of ages 3mo, 3yr, 4yr, and two 7yr olds. With this family, we played pretend, read books, and went on small outings to the library or park. I also worked for a family with just one child. When I started she was 2mo, and now she is 13mo. I have learned to maintain a strict schedule with this family, with daily walks, extensive book reading, developmental activities, and even introducing solids. I have done date night/weekend babysitting for about 2 years, on and off. I love all ages and love the different challenges and blessings each age gives me.
