About Maya
Hello! My name is Maya and I’m a second year student at USU. I have 6 years of experience, and I specialize in care for individuals with special needs! I grew up with a twin sister with Autism, which allowed me the opportunity to meet many other children with special needs and take care of them! I am currently a Direct Support Professional, taking care of adults with special needs, and helping them learn to live independently. So needless to say, I have lots of experience! I am also experienced with young children and babies as well! Growing up in a big family, and being close with my communities has allowed me to learn how to care for children at each stage of life.
