About Camille

I am a college student studying Special Education and I love working with kids! I have been babysitting for about 9 years (and have nannied a couple times within those years) and have found that being around kids helps bring out my inner child and I love that. I enjoy anything outdoors (hiking, camping, rock climbing, snowboarding, and just being in nature) and I love spending time with my family playing games and laughing until I cry :)

Off-Campus Involvement
I haven’t had the chance to babysit or nanny out here in Utah (I’m from Michigan), but when I lived at home, I was the go-to sitter for most families at my church and I loved it! I love being able to provide a fun night for the kids, as well as allow parents to have their own fun night out or get done what they need to without worrying about their kids! Something else about me is that I love learning about and experiencing my Mexican culture (I’m half-Mexican!), so I like to participate in events and activities that help me do so in fun ways, like latin dancing and going to Latin American festivals!
On-Campus Activity
The semester is just barely getting started, so this week I will be going to the club fair to get involved in different activities on campus! I’d love to be part of the Anti-racism club, Latinos Unidos, and other fun clubs where I can pursue my interests in dance and other hobbies.
