About Madison

Hi parents! My name is Madison, but you can call me Madi. I love helping families by giving parents time for themselves while making sure their children are safe and cared for. I work as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I help children with autism learn everyday skills like washing their hands, talking with others, playing, and getting ready for school. I am also a student at Texas Woman's University and plan to become a pediatric nurse. I believe children learn best through hands on activities and staying active. I enjoy spending time outside, playing games, doing crafts, and working on gross motor skills because I think movement and active play are so important for healthy growth and development. Ever since I was young, I have wanted to help children and make a difference in my community. In high school, I started an organization that helped educate people about issues affecting young people and gave students a chance to share their voices. Today, I still enjoy helping children grow, build confidence, and learn how to communicate their needs.
