About Kate

Hi! I’m a certified classroom teacher with 9 years of experience working with children in a self-contained special education setting. Working with kids has always been something I truly enjoy, and I’m excited to bring my experience, energy, and love for helping children into a one-on-one setting outside of the traditional classroom! I’m fun, patient, dependable, and love creating a positive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves, learning, and having fun. I’m experienced with children with a wide range of needs and personalities, and I’m always happy to get creative with activities, play, learning, crafts, outdoor adventures, or whatever makes your child light up! I’m First Aid and CPR certified, have reliable transportation, and am completely comfortable with pets. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children, and I would love to be that dependable, caring person for your family. I’m excited about the opportunity to make a difference while having lots of fun along the way!
