About Karla

Hi! My name is Karla, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. This fall, I’ll be entering my junior year of college. I have always had a passion for working with children, and I truly enjoy helping them learn, grow, and have fun. Through my studies, I have had the opportunity to observe real classroom environments and gain valuable experience in supporting children’s learning and development. I’ve also learned effective ways to communicate with and care for children while creating a positive and encouraging environment. Outside of school, I have babysitting experience caring for children of all ages. I strive to create a safe, caring, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and happy. Whether it’s helping with homework, planning fun activities, or simply being a dependable caregiver, I always do my best to make each child feel valued and cared for. I am also fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with bilingual families and support children in either language.
