Hi families! 💕 My name is YaKerria, but I mainly go by Ms. K because it is easier for the kiddos to say! I am currently a professional toddler teacher at a preschool in Nashville, TN, with 3 years of professional childcare experience. I have also been babysitting since I was around 15 years old, so caring for children has always been something I truly enjoy. Working with kids is more than just a job to me. It is something I have been passionate about since I was little. I am CPR and First Aid trained and have experience caring for children of different ages. I am patient, caring, dependable, and attentive. I always want children to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and able to have fun while they are in my care. I am also happy to keep parents updated so you can feel comfortable and know how your little one is doing while you are away. ❤️ I have my own reliable car, so I am comfortable helping with school and daycare pickups and drop offs, park days, playdates, extracurricular activities, and other outings. I can also help school aged children with their homework when needed. My goal is to make every family feel comfortable knowing their child is with someone they can trust and depend on.
