About Cara
Hi, I’m Cara! I’m 23 years old and graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. I now work as a personal trainer and strength coach for both adults and youth. I’ve loved working with children—whether it’s volunteering in the kids ministry at Church or caring for little ones in the community. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve gained experience with children of all ages, from 4-month-old infants pre-teens.I’m also CPR/AED certified for both adults and pediatrics. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I’ve called Nashville home for the last five years and love being part of this city!
