About Ainsley
My name is Ainsley, and I’ve been taking care of children since I was one—literally. I grew up helping at my nana’s daycare, which gave me a strong foundation in caring for children of all ages. I am currently a senior at Tennessee Tech pursing my Bachelors in Business Management. I adjust my approach to every child based on his/her age and needs, but my goal is always to meet them where they are—whether that means joining in on their favorite games, helping with homework, or simply being a calm and reliable presence.
