About Laurel
I’ve always loved kids and was eager to become a babysitter as soon as I could! I started out volunteering in the church nursery and working as a mother’s helper at age 10, and just never stopped! I love watching curious little minds grow and figure out new things, and I love hearing about kids’ ideas, perspectives, and the things they obsess over. I’ve kept up to six kids at a time and have experience with everyone from newborns to teenagers. I have some experience with children with unique needs and am good at meeting kids where they are. In my free time, I love being outside, going to the beach, playing sports, cooking, baking, and trying new coffee shops with my girlfriend.
